Second time we have used Splash, excellent service and very helpful staff. My wife with no knowledge of bathrooms was able to get everything we needed for a new en-suite. Special mention to Katy who not only suggested ideas, but made the whole process easy. Our builders lost/broke a few bits but Katy was able to get those to us promptly free of charge. Highly recommend and will certainly be using them again!

Due to a minor plumbing catastrophe at home I was in urgent need of some pipe and fittings to stem the flow of water pouring through my living room ceiling. The chap (manager/owner?) who served me was extremely helpful, once he'd stopped taking the mick out of me for cutting through a heating pipe, and was able to advise me on the best way to tackle my repair..

Not a good experience for my wife, she was not sure what she wanted, but instead of helping her the staff here preferered to take the p**s out of her. So much for supporting local businesses, lucky for all, there is a Wickes, and a Homebase very close, we went there and spent our money instead, over £100.00, money Splash obviously don't need, you may want to do the same, or go here to be ridiculed, Splash, local business, hopefully not for long, never again.
