    Bloody awefull, charges for deep cleaning during covid ! Never done. Spent money on keys for entrance doors, but no emergency button to open from inside incase of fire, or anywhere to receive post. So scrapped . 3 weeks of scaffolding charges, taken down with no work done. Tree that's has been leaning over due to SPL not keeping branches cut back. Fell in middle of night damages to property and cars !!! Con artisits

    Having previously owned a property that was 'managed' by SPL I have first hand experience of how Shocking this company really is. An absolute Dump of the earth company. Very dubious accounting practices, lots of mysterious costly block surveys, hopeless and hapless block maintenance and a work force who openly admit they are Useless! Avoid this company.

    After reading all the reviews, I believe the positive ones are only from freeholders or fake reviews otherwise I highly doubt them. Since SPL took over our flats it feels like we are living in a London area, in some fancy flats. We are being charged so much since they took over, they take care of gardening, maintenance and all sorts to make sure money go in their pockets. We are being overcharged for everything, it’s just appalling how obvious it is and how they always have an explanation for everything trying to convince us that is normal. I’m not actually thinking to print all these bad reviews and post them to all the other flats so my neighbours open their eyes and maybe we action against them. I would prefer to sue them not only to change them, this is not normal, it’s not only about us and a few others, they rip off all the people they manage (their flats) . The laws should protect leaseholders more . They are polite (their staff) but that’s definitely not enough to take my money and overcharge me with no shame. Alexandra Bethany Court Poole

    Property managers avoid putting correspondence in writing despite numerous requests via phone and email. Lara was very rude and sarcastic over the phone. Its as if they forget we have paid over 14k in service charges and renual costs! Please remember we are paying you for a service. If you cannot deliver this effectively we need a new property manager.
