We stayed here as a small group, being experienced campers and Stayed all over the UK for the last 16 years. This has to be a place we will never go back to and most definitely not recommend. We payed for 4 nights electric pitch and unfortunately the electric tripped out constantly and is not suitable or up to standard. One night it tripped at 7pm and took out most of the site and when the owners came around they blamed us for having the kettle on they told us if it happens again they won't be back out as there going to bed . The next night it happened again at 10pm whilst making a hot chocolate. This time we phoned the out of house phone number and was answered by a lady called Lisa who works there . She was so very rude sounded drunk and started shouting abuse down the phone saying she was on a f........ Night out so she couldn't help . Lisa has got a nasty streak and was really threatening towards us . Strange and really worrying behaviour..we ended leaving a night early because if this terrible customer service. DONT STAY HERE .
