I don't usually leave bad reviews and have ordered from here since they opened 7 years ago previously quoted as my favourite place and never had an issue however I had a chicken burger today and the meat was like elastic I couldn't eat it it was literally like elastic string because I'm pregnant my partner walked it back even though it was a delivery order so this was an inconvenience I wanted to give them the chance to rectify this as I've been a customer for so long . They replaced the burger (no gesture of good will either considering it was an inconvenience to walk there and back after originally ordering for delivery) also forgot the cheese I had payed for this time however when he bought it back to me the next burger was exactly the same elastic string. Really disappointed it has put me off ordering from here again. I've never had a chicken burger so bad and it's left me feeling quite sick.

Man taking the order over the phone heard me wrong, when the meals came and I called to ask why my other meal isn’t here he spoke to me with total disrespect and put the phone down on me and I was polite at all times. Will never order from here again!!! As I cannot reply to your reply, I can say for anyone reading that I DID NOT order from spitfire castle vale, I ordered from yourselves SPITFRYER CASTLE BROMWICH. So my review still stands! Please don’t try and pass the book to another company - that’s unprofessional and unfair.
