What a let down.. been a customer for the last 5 years and first 3 years were great. Felt like i was valued as a customer.. and now see service only getting worse and worse.. previously Spirit would ring and remind about service and MOT, provide decent customer service. For about two last years ive got to chase them up myself all the time. Service team never available - got to spend weeks to book service..when went to choosing a new car, it took absolute ages to get prices.. had to wait for 3 weeks in the end.. and i dont know why.. anyhow.. used to be absolutly great, now dissapointing.. it just didnt feel like they want to retain me as a customer.. not like i would not reccomend- cars are great.. but be ready to be on he phone for a while if you need a service.. and they not always ring you back, even when you leave a message ir request callback..
