First cut for my son was nice (despite the hairdresser changing the time twice via Treatwell and then making us sit and wait for his cut for over 20 mins past his new time slot). The second time we went the hairdresser told us abruptly that she had not confirmed the booking however when we showed her our confirmation from Treatwell she told us she has to confirm & that that confirmation doesn’t stand. She told us she could/wouldn’t refund us our money (we pre-paid for the haircut via Treatwell) and that we’d have to chase to refund from them, that she couldn’t fit us in/honour our booking (despite us travelling for the haircut), and was quite rude and lacking empathy. We have not returned as you cannot rely that your booking actually is booked despite having a booking confirmation. NB even if the majority of this complaint is linked to Treatwell it was the attitude and lack of compassion of the hairdresser that I feel strongly about. Service: Kids' cuts
