Receptionist doesn't let you see the GP. Go there asking questions about what's with you. Unless you tell them you can't make an appointment even then they send you away and say the gp will call you by the end of the day. Sorry I want an appointment to see the GP face to face. Since the pandemic the GP doesn't want to see anyone and the Receptionist are their security guards.

My husband & I moved over to the spires clinic after we got married last year. It was a bit of a slow start initially with trying to get appointments, ringing up in the morning and not having any luck, but once I personally got an appointment with Dr Lilly it’s been 10/10. She is thorough and took my case of fertility and stomach problems seriously. I got Diagnosed with IBS over the pandemic with my last GP without doing any stool samples. However Dr Lilly requested I did 3 & so far found hpylori bacteria and same day I got the results I got my antibiotics. I have also put in a request for my partner to have the same check. Regarding fertility we can only go as quickly as the other parties can go with us now, but I took it upon myself to book a private fertility scan as I understand the nhs are going through a shift right now. My results will be dropped off on Monday. To conclude, very happy so far.
