Over zealous on covid safety... I was treated like I had it on entering the building. You're not allowed to touch anything or sit down, yet they are still asking for paper forms to be completed. Perhaps a suggestion to automate that part if covid safety is so parament. Information provided on the phone was different to arrival, you're not allowed to wait in the waiting area. It's a shame, as the physio was very good.
