Just treated myself to a long awaited poo. The pay off was worth the wait, although, I should've put paper down first; tiny bit of splash back. I only visited this hospital for the poo party and tiny wizards. Ciao.

Absolutely shocking service, nearly impossible to get someone to call you back, been trying to book a scan for over two weeks and told the imaging department turn their phones off 10-1! Tried to make a complaint and the complaints person didn’t call back as advised, left in a position of not knowing what is wrong which is causing distress, will be visiting a different hospital from now on. It may be close to home but not worth the stress of dealing with them.

Not the one of the best private hospitals in my opinion. Trying to contact the hospital by phone, don't bother, management & admin at this hospital is not fit for purpose. I won't be trusting this place with my care going forward

Going to use Nuffield in future, no answering phones. Been trying for nearing 3 weeks to book my ultrasound and blood tests; that I’m meant to have before my procedure tomorrow!! But no one will answer the phone. Even if I leave messages no one phoned me back. It’s worse than NHS GP..,so why pay for awful service.

I payed for and had a heart CT scan (which is a decent sum of money, and involves drugs and exposure to radiation) and never received the results, no one will talk to me, no refund, just bailiffs to collect their consultation fee, which i refuse to pay without a resolution. Will be taking to court.

From previous experience, if you actually manage to make a booking, the staff I met were kind, competent and professional however The phone booking system is ATROCIOUS, no one answers or picks up the phone on the general line or the radiology booking dept. I am currently on my third attempt this morning waiting for someone to answer … 42 minutes on … no luck yet … On several occasions in the past week have been waiting on the phone for up to an hour with NO success. If you reach your mental limit on hearing repetitive the loop voice recording (telling you they will be with you as soon as they can) and music and opt for a call back it, don’t hold your breath for a return call, I haven’t had one yet. Owner of the Spire Hospital May I ask ? How are prospective patients meant to navigate this, this is adding additional stress during what may already be a personally stressful time for them ? I can imagine the staff are doing their best and probably run off their feet , if that’s the case - Please employ more receptionists. From previous experience Tunbridge Wells Spire run a more efficient system - what is stopping Gatwick Spire from sorting this out. Be aware of this before you choose this hospital for private care.

Has this place closed down? The phone rings out, and no response from the online booking form after waiting weeks.
