My first visit was very pleasant for my checkup but the second visit was just awful! Upon entering the Receptionist was so unfriendly and very rude. Whilst waiting in the Waiting Area, 2 people who came minutes after myself were seen immediately. I was kept waiting for 20mins with no apology or any information on why the Hygienist was running late. When I asked the miserable Receptionist, she replied that she would check but disappeared to the back of the office. I had to just leave! It's a real shame to pull out of this Practise, all they need is a decently manned Reception.

I cannot praise the staff at Spire enough, and especially my Dentist, Nishma. I've had some bad past experiences with dentists, but Nishma instantly put me at ease. She was friendly and genuinely caring. What I was most impressed with was her honest approach and transparency regarding treatment options. The reception staff and dental nurse I met today were very friendly and professional too. An absolute credit to Spire. Thank you. 5 star service. I would highly recommend

The dentists and hygienists I’ve seen are all ver good, but the new reception layout is awful - they’ve moved the desk far too close to the door, so if someone else comes in while you’re at the desk there’s just no room to move. Also the noise level in the waiting area is ridiculous - you can hear every word of the phone calls, the other patients talking, and the radio blasting out as well. I’m not particularly sensitive to noise and I found it quite stressful. Maybe another redesign is needed??!

Not very impressed as this practice cancelled my appointment three times in a row! Very poor. Would NOT recommend. Receptionist not very helpful and a little bit blaze, couldn’t really be bothered kind of attitude..In the end I asked for a refund which I’m still waiting for.. when you consider NHS is very few and far between now and you’re forced to go private and need to pay upfront for services. It is a pretty disgraceful. When under the NHS, not once did I ever have an issue. But then again, during that time it was with a different practice and not this one. I am very very dissatisfied with this practice. AWFUL

The most amazing thing to happen to Spire Dental Group. They really are a credit to you. I will always advise you to others who have a fear of the dentist.
