It's not a bad hospital. Spouse had to go private because of delay in treatment in NHS. Aftercare really good. Operation went fine. I think they are a tadge expensive for after treatment. Spouse quoted 420 pounds for ultrascan. Looking on line with a another private facility, onewas 170, other 220. Exactly same scan. I will have to think about taking scan elsewhere at these prices.

Very disappointing. Was told I had an appointment with the respiratory consultant, then it was cancelled for no reason. Eventually I got through to someone who supposedly rebooked it but when I arrived for my appointment there was no record of it. So I'd waited a month for an appointment which didn't exist! Even then, I couldn't rebook as I stood in front of the reception desk. I was told I would have to ring first thing on Monday morning. My health has deteriorated in the month I've been kept waiting but I kept thinking I'll get some help soon. Going elsewhere now. I can't mess around with my health any more.

Tried ringing to make an urgent Ultra Sound appointment, rang on Wednesday day morning 3 times and no answer, tried again and opted to have a ring back, left my details then rang again a few hours later, 3 phone calls later I again left my details but still no call back at 4.45 I tried again, and again left my details and stayed in the queue for a further 45 mins still nothing, I sent an email and have still had no reply and today is Saturday, I have now given up and will try elsewhere

I have submitted a MRI request three weeks ago in person. And haven’t received any call back. Than I call in to ask yesterday and they told me will give me call back as soon as possible. And of course I didn’t received any call from them yesterday. And I make a other call, and the lady told me my MRI request was just submit yesterday. What a PRIVATE hospital.

Very poor service from start to finish rude staff, don’t return you calls , still waiting over a week for a CT scan result, but they are very very happy to take your money ( which I’m still waiting for a receipt for ) my advice is try ringing them to see how unhelpful they are for your selfs.
