My daughter does Spirals on Fridays and they couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic coaches who know how to develop children to release their true potential, fantastic facilities ensuring no one can get hurt and allowing confidence to try out stunts. Most of the floor is padded and bouncy and a veriety of equipment from high beams to bars, trampolines and foam pit to encourage various jump stunts. Awesome experience and my daughter always looks forward to going. My daughter has now been going to Spiral Gymnastics for sometime and I love how well she is developing with the leadership of the coaches. The facilities have recently been refurbished which includes the lobby area to allow more space for parents to watch their kids doing their favourite sport. Highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to start their kids on Gymnastics and develop the skills to a professional level.
