You only know how good a business is when things go wrong. Spiral Galaxy were responsible for the Frosthaven rollout in the UK. When DPD damaged our version of the game, despite being knee deep in deliveries at the time, they ensured that a full replacement box was sent our within days, express delivery. Many thanks to Chloe, Sharon and the team, for rectifying the situation with minimum delay and making my wife very happy.
