The guy at the post office is one rude soul. My wife went to the post office to post some documents and he shouted at her only cos she asked him to be a bit patient. Avoid going to this post office if you can.

My husband did warn me the man who owns the place is rude and he wasn't lying to me. This guy does not know what good customer service is. Instead of helping he says you don't have the barcode so you have to go an comeback when you do. He knew it was in my email and I just had to scroll down but he wouldn't say it. Doesn't hurt you to be more helpful.

In-equal treatment and rude service. I completely understand that we live in stressful times. However, it is very upsetting when everyone is not treated the same. My husband, who happens to be Asian British, was 'told off' to get out of the post office until he was 'allowed in'. (Which I understand, but the sign only points one way so we couldn't see it). He was then informed bluntly of the one way system, which again is fine of course. The next customer, who happened to be white, then came in (without being first 'allowed in') and was not told to get back out. She then came the wrong way through the one way system and was again not told off to go the right way. This forced my husband to leave in the wrong direction - yet HE was then the one that got shouted at for going the wrong way. Why was he the one treated so rudely and disrespectfully? I will certainly not be coming back.
