I just received my binded dissertation and its absolutely incredible! The binding is beautiful, and the paper is just such good quality. The printing has been done perfectly, although the lettering on the front cover have tiny patches here and there. However, I am incredibly happy! The reason I am taking away one star, its because although the binding came perfect, the overall service wasn't up to great standards. No communication at all and when it did happen, it happened with errors. At first, I have been given a delivery address in an email that wasn't mine (and I haven't even given my address yet) for which I had to send out 2 follow up emails to make sure they have my correct address. Overall, I waited 3 weeks for my product to arrive which at this time, its absolutely understanding, and I wouldn't have minded to wait that long if I have been told that it will take a while! I had to take on the initiation to catch up with them so that I could have some sort of communication and update, and they have taken longer than I have been specifically told in an email without any note from their side either, so I was waiting for my binding in uncertainty throughout the whole process. At the end, they also got the wrong address anyway by few numbers, but at least I got it thanks to DPD! However, I am 100% happy with the product I ended up receiving!!! So thank you Spink & Thackray !!
