I started seeing Mark at the practice in Wakefield in September 2021 just to keep my back in line & then carried on seeing him at Rothwell. I mentioned to him that I had a very swollen foot & ankle that was quite stiff which had been troubling me for a few years. Mark said he would like to try some laser treatment on my foot. I was absolutely amazed that after three treatments my foot had not swollen at all & my ankle moves freely, even during this hot summer, still no swelling. He has performed a miracle. Well done Mark.

I went to see Mark after five months of struggling with a frustrating niggling injury to my hip. I had a big race coming up and wanted to at least get on the start line with a fighting chance of finishing. Mark treated me with a combination of dry needling, and soft tissue manipulation. Not only did I get to the start line, but finished my ultra race fit and healthy. Thanks so much Mark.

I have been a patient of Mark's for sometime now following surgery I had on my spine and ongoing back problems. He has helped me so much and my maintenance sessions are keeping my back in great shape and my pain to a very minimum. He also treated a knee injury I sustained through exercise. His knowledge and expertise are second to none! I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and feel totally comfortable with the treatments Mark suggests and has suggested throughout my whole pregnancy, I was concerned my changing body could raise old issues, but currently I am pain free and moving well.
