This review is for both the Company (Spine BackRack) and the BackRack device. I'll be honest I can't recommend either of them enough! James the operator on the chat website & WhatsApp was super helpful, the ordering process was easy and it was posted by next day delivery. He even followed up to make sure I was getting on with the device and if I needed anything. As for the product itself... I've been through pretty much every back product and apparent relief exercises available after rupturing 2 lumbar discs in March 2018. From Plexus+ wheels, DrimDrum, Flexibak, Yoga, Pilates, Steroid injections, even seeing a chiropractor and physio but nothing worked. I ended up opting for surgery in October 2018, but I really wish I had tried this before surgery as it's made a massive difference to my recovery. It's incredibly comfortable and relaxing, I've fallen asleep on it more than once. As soon as I lay down on it, I feel the tight scar tissue stretching and the lingering remnants of pins & needles/pain in my legs ease They have in fact almost completely disappeared with further use and continued exercise. I now use this most evening before bed or directly after exercise to decompress my back and this has allowed me to begin running and cycling again, I don't think I'm far off returning to competitive football either. I was almost put off by the price, but it is definitely worth it, and I can't recommend it enough.
