10 pound for a call out and he sorted my dryer pump. If things need replacing he will order it and will fix it. Cheapest and reliable and comes on time. Decent workmanship and has good knowledge of how these things work.

Dreadful customer service! Visited location two days in a row before 5pm which is advertised as the closing time and while the shutter was open, lights inside on and an open sign in the window the door was locked and no person responded to a Ring Video system. On the first visit I left after about 10 minutes and returned about 20 minutes later. After ringing several times a person answered and informed me he was not available requesting I come back the following day in the evening. I returned the following day and the situation was the same except this time the ring was not answered but kept being disconnected. Consider the above information before visiting this business.

Problem reported by me on Monday and washing machine was diagnosed and fixed by Thursday. I am very pleased to have a working appliance again. Have called a few times. Chap often sounds busy at first but he'll spend the time you need on the phone and he's a friendly guy in person. Would definitely use again.
