Brilliant service and put the safety of our family first. They came to fix a faulty washing machine. The first chap ran some tests and rebalanced, which fixed the issue. However, he brought up the fact that there could potentially be a safety issue with a plug in the bathroom. He left, but then 20 minutes later came back with another colleague. They both ran some more tests, rechecked everything and gave us some advice for the longer-term. They didn't even mention charging us more than their call-out fee, and seemed genuinely concerned about the safety of our family. Would highly recommend! Service: Washer/dryer repair

Spin Doctor didn't do the job I booked them for (which was to fix a dishwasher) since they claim that they couldn't find parking and so they just left. But they still charged me £55 even though they didn't do any work and they refused to give it back to me. I've lived in the flat for over 15 years, it is a 22 floor building which has over 400 residents, so people get deliveries and repair work done all the time, yet no other repair company or delivery company have ever had an issue finding parking. If there was no parking as Spin Doctor suggested, then none of the 400+ residents would ever be able to get any maintenance/repair work done on their flat (which is of course not the case). So I would not use Spin Doctor again for this reason and have advised other landlords I know not to either. Service: Dishwasher repair
