Being a "newbie" to the hobby, I ordered a Nokta Makro Legend metal detector through Amazon. It became apparent very quickly that I should have ordered the "Pro Pack" which comes with bluetooth headphones (wired headphones are very frustrating when digging), a 6" coil (handy for getting in between rocks) and a battery unit (which I thought maybe useful if I ever have a problem with the in built battery). I was devastated to discover that buying them separately would cost around £150 more than if I had bought the "Pro Pack". So I decided to give Spin a Disc a ring to see if they could do something with the price of the extras mentioned above. Not only did Carl do something with the price, he actually matched the price, as if I had bought the "Pro Pack" in the first place! Who would do that nowadays??? I am so happy with my purchase not to mention the friendly and helpful response from Carl and lightening fast delivery. There is no doubt I will use nobody else but Spin a Disc in future for all my metal detecting needs!

I purchased a metal detector from this company and had a problem with a faulty coil. I contacted carl through email as was out of business hours and he conversed with me through emails late into the evening. Contacted him the next day and he sent a courier to my door to collect faulty coil and sent me a replacement which arrived the next day. I have not experienced customer service like this before and can not praise spinadisc highly enough they deserve 10 stars
