Booked my sons hair cut in advance. They called on the day to cancel and asked if we could move to the following day. I explained it’s for his birthday so happy to move if it will definitely be done. They confirmed it would go ahead. Arrived at the shop to find it closed and 4 other families in the same situation. No call or apologies. Will not be using them again and would not recommend. Was excited for this experience today and really enjoyed getting the children’s hair cut. I did book for my partner to get his haircut but met with sorry this wasn’t picked up from the phone call. I specially asked for a father and son cut and a first haircut but met with disappointment as this wasn’t noted down, which wasn’t my fault I did ask this twice. We drove from Basingstoke so wasn’t like we were round the corner. So we left with two haircuts and now have to find somewhere else to get my partners hair done. The kids hair barely took ten minutes so I’m sure it wouldn’t have taken long to fit my partner in considering it was empty during our appointment. Overall bit dissatisfied Service: Kids' cuts
