Clownish bulk processing centre, nothing near the firm we usually use. Was via a legal expenses policy, kept sending back forms for various reasons and hiding behind AML procedure rather than looking at the case and doing something about what they’re paid to do. Now they’ve said they’re no longer in the personal injury and uninsured loss business! Really poor communication.

My claim handler, Nicholas Tunnicliffe, was extremely easy to contact, always making himself available to answer any questions or concerns and answered them with precise simplicity and reassurance. I found Nick extremely thorough, supportive, friendly and approachable throughout and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts to make the process as easy and as stress-free as it was. Here's what I found after 4 years of experience with Spencers solicitors. They lose interest once the going gets tough and they have to fight strongly on your behalf. No real progress will be made once your file has been moved to the 'too hard' pile. Contact via the phone becomes non-existent and email requests for an update are rarely responded too. Eventually the client is told that there are no reasonable prospects of success and left high and dry. Overstretched paralegals can then move on to the next, easier claim.
