Needing my engagement ring made Smaller, we attended one of the commercial jewellers however there was a turnaround time of 3 weeks. We went into Spencer Morgan and the service was a world apart, the ladies behind the counter (Gemma, Chloe and I’m so sorry I can’t remember the other ladies name! But she had a lovely blue gemstone ring on!) were extremely helpful and gave us advice on how to look after my ring. I had it resized within the hour and polished up beautifully by Spencer. The customer service was excellent and very personable and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now. Thanks so much for your help, we will definitely be returning customers!

I went into SM for a ring clean recently and what an amazing service. The gentleman noticed two loose stones and he repaired it within 20 minutes for me whilst I waited! My friend also had gone in for a repair to her wedding band and they repaired it for her including a new diamond within an hour! Amazing service and amazing products. I accidentally discoloured my engagement ring and was devastated as it's only been a year. I didn't know where to go but found this place on Google the reviews are exactly right! Absolutely fantastic service and I can't believe how quick the turn around was and such a great price! My ring looks amazing I'm so so happy and the ladies are lovely in there would highly recommend to anyone in Swansea and when it comes time to look for wedding rings ill definitely be back

I had my engagement ring resized here. The workmanship was sub par, nowhere near the quality I would expect, but by far the worst aspect was how rude the staff were. Abrupt, unwelcoming and patronising. I would never use this jewellers again due to the poor experience. In response to the reply left by Spencer Morgan - that was not me. Nothing within the response relates to me and they are clearly confused with another unhappy customer. I stand completely by my original review.

What a brilliant family business at Spencer Morgan! I discovered this gem of a place a few years ago when I needed to re size a ring. I haven't gone anywhere else since. I recently took my engagement ring that had lost a stone to be repaired. After a lovely chat with Spencer and the team, I left feeling reassured that it would be as good as new. I can honestly say I couldn't tell where the repair had been done. They are amazing! To top it off, when I went in to pick it up, they took my wedding ring to be cleaned as well, so they would both look sparkling and new. You won't get that service in the larger jewellers. The caring, personal service is second to none. Thank you, Spencer and team. We all need to support our local businesses and keep places like this on our high street.
