Well, after having two previous buyers pull out I was beginning to think my property wouldn't get sold but we exchanged with three weeks to go until completion! I was also hoping the transaction would complete by the end of April so again, deadline was met! I've bought and sold property before and this is the first time ever I've exchanged with good time to spare! So that has to be a five star performance! I must be honest and say that Ria who represented me, has the patience of a saint as sometimes I wasn't exactly polite so I apologise! My advice would be to make sure if there are any issues communicate with Spencer Lockwood and your estate agent together to iron out any problems and you'll be okay!

Just to clarify before I start- This is not a fake review as other reviews have accused Spencer Lockwood of. I used them for the sale of my property in Newcastle Upon Tyne and my experience is 100% genuine. I found Spencer Lockwood to be incredibly communicative, responsive on the telephone and responsive via email. Nitesh looked after the sale of my property and he was on the ball every step of the way and his efforts were greatly appreciated. I really can't understand the low ratings from some people perhaps the service they received wasn't the same as mine but mine was brilliant.
