Ordered a large delivery of ÂŁ50+ pounds, only to find a Moth in our fries. Absolutely not happy with their hygiene and quality assurance whatsoever. While I acknowledge that a replacement serving was sent out very quickly, I'd point out there's a difference between accepting a solution and being happy with one. I appreciate the effort put in to correcting the issue, genuinely. But having worked in the food industry for many years myself I know there to be certain standards and safeguards in place. While I understand the workplace is a fast paced environment the expectation would be to slow down and quality check. Better a job be done right that be rushed.

This pub needs to seriously get some happy smiley staff who can serve people in the right order and can speak pleasantly to customers instead of barking “we don’t food anymore” when they advertise they do and have menus in all the tables. One star because there is not a no star option.
