We were a party of 10, we were asked to order our meal ahead of arriving. When we arrived, the service was very slow. We sat for around 20 minutes before being asked what we wanted to drink. The waiting staff didn't hang around long enough for us to ask for anything else like cutlery, napkins or a additional plate. The food was very expensive, but we were willing to spend the money due to it being a special occasion. However the moules fries and fish and chips were cold. The prawn cocktail was lovely and the dressed crab also. The desserts were overpriced. The chocolate mousse tart was like a skinny Brownie. There was no depth to it to even have a mousse like texture. Overall this restaurant is very expensive, service isn't great and food isn't served hot. I wouldn't visit again.

My husband and I, each enjoyed a large bowl of mussels frittes at The Marine restaurant this evening. Everything about the meal was excellent. The mussels were beautifully fresh and tender and the sauce was delicious. Added to that the frittes were crisp and lightly salted. Could not be faulted. The waiter was very professional in his service and we were surprised to find the price less than fish and chips! Would highly recommend.
