    Apartments are now thirteen years old and everything is beginning to breakdown at once. Balcony door, panel heaters, towel rail and some lighting all failed in the last six months. Was locked in the underground car park several times as the intercom to the concierge failed. Colour video intercom in apartment never worked and keypad on first security door had three number keys that didn't work for the 15 months I lived there so pretty much useless. Cleaning of communal areas got worse during this time and hallway in front of my apartment wasn't cleaned the last three weeks of my stay. Really good place for location but new management company need to up their game and not be worse than the old one as seemed to be the case.

    More an Apartment village than block. Tidy, staff friendly and loads of parking. There is paid parking both at front and back of complex by way of paid parking bays in front and a pay and display car park to rear.
