Realised had a problem with achahol went to my doctors were I'm under going tests with hospital reached out to speak to someone about my addiction which was CGL and are absolutely useless it's hard enough coming to terms with my problem but even harder asking for help I feel totally let down by them

Posting on behalf of a vulnerable adult trying to access the service via GP referral and self referral. Shockingly bad. Three weeks to get a triage call back and have been told it will be 3 more weeks to see a Dr. Utterly demotivating for them after reaching out for help.
