A trusted friend with amazing glasses recommended I meet with Keval and Hala, the duo behind Specstacular. After a warm welcome, I was gently and expertly guided through a process to select a pair of glasses from a unique and often exclusive range of beautiful eyewear. Selecting frames and colours to suit my face, Keval and Hala helped me create a shortlist from which I was delighted to select my chosen frames and lenses. We even enjoyed mugs of tea and posh biscuits (Elizabeth Shaw, if you're asking). The entire experience from start to finish was a masterclass in customer service and care. Truly specstacular! An amazing duo of specialists who create such a warm, comfortable and informative environment. I’m always amazed by the service and expertise Hala and Keval provide. I definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for unique and bespoke specs with the added bonus of an attentive and caring quality of service. I bought my first pair of glasses from here and the customer service is fantastic! The store is owned and run by 2 opticians who work at the store and care about its reputation and the customers experience. They offer a unique range of good quality glasses and will do their best to make sure you get the right frame and are completely happy. If you can get to Shoreditch, London, this store is definitely worth a visit

Recommended by a friend in the know, visiting Spectacular is a ‘best life’ experience. From eye test to frames choices - it’s just a pleasure to visit with most amazing personalised service. I’d originally planned to get some everyday glasses but having seen how Keval and Hala just seem to be able to ‘see’ what suits people - with their help also tried some sunglasses - ending up with a beautiful subtle pair. Within 10 minutes of leaving the shop someone I didn’t know had complemented them and asked where they were from! I’ve spent the few weeks since feeling like a like a minor celebrity in the sunshine. (Nope - they didn’t need to pay me to write this but I will no doubt be back in the future 😎)

The shop not only has an amazing collection of glasses, but also the staff is lovely and very kind. We had a broken pair of glasses and they repaired them quickly and for free! Absolutely go there if you need it!
