Well.. What can I say about Lee in your Bury store... I have been in. A few times for specticals and Lee has always been at the forefront of the store... I called the Bury store this morning and spoke to Lee and told him I had lost my reading glasses and needed another pair urgently... Lee immediately jumped into action... Sorted the frames pushed the order through as urgent.. Kept me informed at every step and I collected my replacement glasses at 2pm this afternoon.... Lee is a credit to your business and I would whole heartedly recommend your opticians to anyone I know and especially Lee for his brilliant customer service....... Brilliant systems and processes for turning your prescription and chosen frames into 1st Class glasses with option to try frames at home at upload photo of yourself wearing them to assist production. Just bought reading glasses and varifocal sunglasses and I am delighted with quality and particularly price compared with my high street opticians.

Top notch service from Naman, who helped me with some questions and arranged for the sports glasses I ordered to be tweaked for a tighter fit, for cricket. The free trial option was really useful and the prescription glasses I ultimately ordered only took a few days to arrive, were a perfect fit and absolutely perfect, with clear vision.
