First time came to this shop by chance was asking them to adjust my Rayban sunglasses legs in a rush, the gentleman was so helpful to refitted it and free; Then i started to used this one as a regular visitor for more than one years for my contact lenses and my specs, i had great experience with all the staff who served me (at least 5 staff for different reasons ) in the past , each of them are so calm, polite and professional ; A special thank to Abud who sorted a pretty complicated spec case 2 months ago... all the best to Queensway team !

Cannot imagine going to anywhere different. The eye doctor Suraj was excellent and thorough and communicative. The equipment was state of the art and new. The reception and assistance before and after the appointment was friendly and not pushy. Appointment was on time. Really excellent all around. Plus good prices. Thanks to everyone there!

Abdul is brilliant -give him a pay rise :-) Even though it is obvious that there are less employees in store I have always had a good experience, I am blind as a bat and Abdul has gone out of his way to find a supplier of lenses for my very large frames for the last few times (which I recognise is very challenging), and at a very competitive price.
