I am not happy with one of the staff who didn't clean the machine where you get your eyes pressure on and told me do not worry about it. And suppose to pick up my glasses on Friday and no one contacted me to let me know about the delay. If it was the other way around me not turning up to my appointment i would get a phone call for not coming.

Had new glasses last month from specsavers(Yardley Birmingham branch) have to say I'm very pleased with them. Everything from the eye tests to choosing my new glasses/collecting them went very smoothly and stressfree and I got a professional and friendly service staff were very helpful a young redheaded girl called Dan was especially helpful to me making sure I got exactly what I needed and helped me make the right choices so I will definitely be back

Had my home delivery lense mail eith automated payment from my bank with this branch, 1 delivery of 3 month lenses didn't come, I was told they couldn't do anything about it-I have taken my business elsewhere not a shortage of opticians if that's how you treat your customers!

The optometrist in this practise is very professional and conducted my eye test very efficiently.I had a fatigue in my eye and was given the correct test assessments which were conducted for free due to being an emergency which I would have likely paid for in an independent high street practise. In addition to this, the optometrist also conducted the OCT scan twice to ensure no damage has taken place internally which I am very pleased with
