Overall sight test and initial staff excellent. My glasses on collection one pair initially in one eye ( no idea why) was not correct. The first member of staff was good, their supervisor however was dismissive, did not listen, and unhelpful, making me feel I was being forced to take what I did not want. As a result I asked for the manager who was very good and resolved the lense problem, and glasses are still working fine.
