My husband booked an appointment last week and then was phoned on the day to say who he was seeing phoned in sick so they booked him in for another appointment the following week , they then phoned him an hour before his new appointment as a reminder, he drove all the way back from Southend to wickford and paid for his parking only to be told when he was sitting down that there computers were down and they had double booked his appointment 🤔 what if it was an elderly person who had struggled to get there Will never use specsavers again 😡

Unfortunately not good. Distance glasses OK but reading ones not usable as everything is blurred. Have left specs at shop but have heard nothing nor have I been offered a further eye test. It is now several weeks since my initial test.
