Very dissatisfied. Two weeks have passed since I ordered my new glasses. I ordered over the phone and was told it would be a few days and that they had my frame in stock. I also was within my prescription time frame.... I paid over the phone too, £80. No receipt via text or email. I was told I'd get a call to collect. One week later, I've chased and was told it can take up to two weeks and I would get a call. Today is two weeks, still no call and no receipt of any kind. I've suffered with a migraine this week whilst trying to do my job (involves, as most report related jobs, looking at screens) and feel let down with what I was told especially at the cost to me and reputation this company presents. I've tried to call on Thursday, no answer, and today, no answer. Once I've collected my glasses, whenever that may be, I'll be unlikely to return and I hope this review helps those looking for replacement glasses and a quicker turnaround.
