Absolutely shocking. Charged me £130 for my eye test and glasses, fair enough it’s an expensive game. To then I received a voicemail yesterday a day before I was due to pick up my new glasses after waiting over a week which I was made aware of to say they won’t be ready till Wednesday the earliest, this will be over two weeks since my appointment and I cannot get through to them on the phone! You’re happy enough to take my money for these glasses but the customer service is absolutely shocking. I won’t be returning.

Went in last week for an eye test was told I have cataracts not serious at the moment, dunno what that is suppose to mean but anyway was told I ha e to have glasses for reading so the optician passed me to someone else, she took me over to let me choose my glasses and told I will be back with you in a minute 45 mins later still no sign of her so I spike to the person behind the cou ter and he says oh I will get someone to come and see you I said i have to go back to work anyway went in on the Friday and ordered glasses yes I pau for them I have been ringing specsavers for 2 days now and cannot get through on the phone what so ever what a joke I will mot be using them again full stop the service there when I went before a couple of years ago they told me I had glaucoma referred me to the hospital when I went back a year later I sa8d about the glaucoma and they said who said you ha e that and I said you did that should of been my warning point really I will defo never go back there this is the West bromwich store
