    Lovely people. Really make sure you are checked thoroughly and if needed make sure you get more advice and treatment elsewhere. Plus unlike local independent Opticians you get 2 pairs for the price if one. Very handy if you have kids that are very active and their glasses break easily. Stylish too for adults or kids there is always something that they will love. Thank you Specsavers for my early diagnosis x

    I paid £350 for my glasses. I got 2 pairs of "so called" designer frames. Within 3 months and 3 weeks the first pair had the screw come loose on the frame. I used the second pair for 5 weeks and they had a fault with the glue causing the frame coming apart. I went in to have both pairs repaired, expecting not to have an issue with this request. They fixed the loose screw but refused to repair or replace this pair. The customer service person said they would offer half off another pair of frames if I bought another pair. My issue is IF they are truly designer glasses then I have at least 1 faulty set which being only used for 5 weeks before they cannot be used then they should replace them free to me and return the faulty set to their supplier. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE obviously rip off merchants. I will use another opticians from now on. This means a loss of at least £350 yearly to these charlatans

    Just had new glasses and the site says if you have problems then just go in "No Fuss, No Quibble". 5 staff standing around doing nothing, no customers, a ghost town and they still said I had to book a "concern appointment" whatever that is and it would not be today. "Better go to specsavers" better not as they are too busy doing nothing to deal with aftersales issues. Quick enough to take several hundred pounds off you in the first place though. Very disappointed, looking for a new optician now.
