Service is no good. I went for eye glasses. After I got my ,lenses kept fallen, I went and asked if they could fix them or change the frame, they told I have to pay 56 pounds . i went to holloway specsavers and they fixed very good free of charge thanks to Holloway branch .

I've visited Spacsavers September 2022 due to an eye test and got a new prescription. After that had some issues with my glasses, Sharon the manager stepped in and dealt with my issue. I have to say all staff are friendly and very polite but Sharon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on all products. Now with my new glasses that Sharon suggested I am very happy, that shows her professionalism and customer care. Thank you.
