Great opticians, they seem really switched on and sharp. Staff all very helpful. They are disabled-friendly (I’m a wheelchair user). The shop gets busy at the weekends but when I was there they kept the queue moving along. It’s clean and well maintained.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but had to queue for at least that long to see the receptionist who was not at all in a hurry as the queue grew longer! I was then kept waiting for another 30 minutes before eventually being seen. The optician was very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. So a mixed experience.

My mother came in for a regular check up on her eyes . We met Nadia and chanai on arrival and what an amazing , down to earth and friendly they are especially Nadia she took care of mother tested her eye sight and recommended and educated her about eyes health it’s much appreciated honestly and because of these two girls my mother left with complete satisfaction and said she would travel for this place .
