My older glasses are a lot better than this new pair, I felt my time getting tested was rushed somewhat. The other staff members were ok, but overall I think customers should have a bit more time to be sure they have the correct diagnosis.

I went into the Specsavers Stretford Mall store to book an appointment (for my itchy eyes) and the lady who booked it for me had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She was chewing gum loudly and making bubbles which I found very disgusting. After I left she called me to tell me the appointment was going to cost me £25 even tho they offer NHS funded eyecare. The next morning another lady from the store called me telling me she doesn't know what my appointment is for because there are no notes on the system. I thought about cancelling the appointment but I really needed someone to see me so I went in and luckily the two ladies that checked my eyes were really lovely and helpful.
