    I just want it to buy some contact lenses from this money making company and first they told me that i need to ordered a trial so i waited 2 weeks and when i went to collect them they told me i need to see the opticoan, wayted another week and now they told me that i need an eye test before i can get them. So i went there 3 times for no reason. I just ordered online from another place and i only paid 10 pounds for a month supky. Not to mention how unfriendly they were to me. Never come back there again for sure

    I received good service from all the staff that processed me. I would like to add that Sarab was particularly helpful, setting me at my ease. Dealt with me more as a patient rather than a customer, by talking me through eye test and scan. Top man. My only gripe was that I selected two frames at £99 (2 for 1 offer) when it came to paying I was told there was an additional charge as the offer didn’t apply if the lenses were of different strength ie. 1 was for Distance and the second pair for Computer. This should have been displayed clearly where the offer was displayed. In bold! Otherwise it would have been 5 star. A felt a little hoodwinked, but as I needed them I just paid up, then only to see the £40 off offer on the website. Such a shame, excellent service, and sneaky marketing. This was in the Southsea branch.
