The new set up is really nice, but the staff are the most important aspect and they were all nothing short of brilliant from the front counter, eye health examination and eye test to picking out frames and lenses.

My son had a meltdown about all the pre checks being done and the lady in store went above and beyond. He went from crying to laughing and smiling. She was so good with him. I’ve never met such an amazing helpful member of staff. She really needs to be recognised and praised. Will definitely be returning with him. Thanks ☺️

Competent and lovely optometrists, always punctual with the appointments. I greatly appreciate the availability of weekend appointments. I have found everyone to be very friendly, polite, empathetic and accommodating. The staff went the extra mile recently when they managed to secure for me a few pairs of contact lenses (new prescription) because of a delay with the arrival of the next 3-monthly pack.
