Pretty disgusting to read a disabled lady could not get her prescription emailed to her??? You happily emailed me mine, double standards will not be returning.

I'm disabled and I have broken my glasses I phoned up to double check my Prescription (which they did) so I could order some more the ladie on the phone was rude wouldn't help at all or even put me through to someone that would help me even after I told her I'm disabled and unable to come down to the shop. Absolutely disgusted if I could give no stars I would.
