Booked eye test for me and my children. All appointments were running late which can't be helped but when 2 of us need to choose glasses we were rushed and didn't have any assistant with finding them due to closing in 15 minutes. We rushed through choose the pair we wanted for them not to be checked that they were right size or fit before paying. We were told upto 10 days for them to be delivered. I rang to chase up after 14 days to be told that mine had been there for days with no communication from them but my daughter were not. It has now been 22 days so I suppose I will be chasing up again!

had apt tday at 11.30 turned up to be told my apt was cancelled optician off sick i said you should have called me as ive travelled 45 mins to get here her answer was we have 5 clinics on and were busy she said we msg you this morning which i stillhavent had. wouldnt be too bad if i was local but 45 mins there and back for nothing not amused and girls on desk not bothered and not helpful wont use you again
