I was having trouble getting used to my new glasses but was met with a caring staff led by I believe a manager Prit (hope I have the correct spelling) who was most understanding and is assisting me in a professional and caring way. The eye test experience was great: I still wear glasses using their prescription, but I can not say the same for the glasses offer. I had to go back in the shop at least 15 times in 3 months to try to have my glasses sorted, but they have not been able to offer a decent service. I had glasses sliding down my nose and got told they were not fit for my face ( the assistant was there when I choose them and told me they were ok). They did try to get these glasses adjusted on my face at least 5 times but never effectively: they insisted I had to change the frame. While I was on holiday a lovely optician abroad adjusted them for me and they never gave me any problem again. The second pair of glasses I bought at the some time, started soon to have scratches on the lenses surface and the antiglazing coat come out in boubles... I had do go back and forth a couple of times before they admitted if was a defect and changed it. Initially they told me it was my fault. After this episod they never managed to cut again the lenses properly: They forgot to polish them on the sides, they told me that other clients don't care if lenses have a white circle around! At the end they completely distorted the frame shape to fit lenses on. When I tried to point out the frame was ruined they kept saying it was not true. These are only some of the issues I had at this shop. At the end I had my money back but this does not pay all the headaches for the lenses not properly centered, and all the time I wasted to go back and fort from the shop to get them sorted. I understand mistakes or imperfections can happen but I think I gave them more than enogh opportunities to do well. Sorry to say: never again.

Hi, I came for my niece’s eye test today and was warmly welcome by Abdul, who also did her eye test. Then the optometrist, whose name I forgot, was very helpful with my niece in explaining and going in detail regarding her eyes. He went above and beyond. A great store with excellent customer service.

Extremely good service from Kosta, one of the optical assistants, when I had a contact lens drama and had to visit a non-local specsavers. He couldn’t have been kinder and sorted my problem almost immediately. Two other local opticians shrugged and said they couldn’t help - thank you very much Kosta!
