Came here bank holiday May 29th because Google said opening times were 09:00 - 17:30. Turns out it closed at 16:00. Why did you not update on Google maps ? I know you would have to put the work in to have it changed but honestly you're a business and a very profitable one so have someone change opening times. Other businesses change them. I spent almost £300 on glasses and sunglasses that don't fit comfortably because they weren't adjusted properly and I said that but I was ignored. I find it very hard to pop in when you shut at 17:30. Did you know most people work till 18:00?? Next time I pop in I might as well just ask for a refund and go vission express.

Was advised I needed varifocals, which dictated larger frames than I would have liked. When they arrived they were far too big, we’re resting on my lower cheek, thus irritating and uncomfortable. When this was questioned, I was then told the lenses could be modified to fit smaller frames, why was this not an option to start with? The new frames/lenses arrived, but within a month or do the coating was coming off one off the lenses. A replacement lense was ordered, when I went in to have it replaced, I find they have ordered the wrong side. When the correct lense arrived, the coating started to peel/de-laminate again. At this point I gave up. Overall a very poor experience, firstly of staff training and secondly product quality. I now use a competitor in town, and have had absolutely no problems at all.
