    I had my appointment last summer, it was fine. I have had my lenses pop out of my frames 4 times now. Last time I went in to get it fixed, they told me that I shouldn't have picked such a thin frame as my lenses are too thick. It would have been nice to have been told this would be an issue before paying £260. I now have no choice but to buy yet more glasses because I cannot keep travelling to specsavers to get them to fix it.

    I had an eye test Yesterday and forgot my paperwork so I went back today the 22/2/2023 To get my paper filled in As I do driving for a living the senior in your opticians had to do the paperwork Which I pay another £10 for The girl at the counter asked me to look at it when she received it from him I looked at it and said he didn't even Date it and lifted the shop Doubled checked it again outside and noticed a question was not answered there is only 6 to 8 question on the sheet. The man seems to be in a hurry I did pay for the service, Does he need glasses.
