Shockingly bad service. I arrived with a pair of glasses that were just a year old. They had fallen apart completely. They immediately said there was nothing they could do because "that wasn't covered under warranty". Said it would cost £110 to repair. They then proceeded to try to sell me a new frame on the spot instead of helping. I used to buy all my glasses from Specsavers but now I'll stay away and recommend others to do the same. If you buy at Specsavers, you can't rely on service, quality, or warranty.
