    The worst service ever. Every time you call, they are always busy, they say they will call you back but never do. They cancel appointments at last minute without informing you. They offer new services but if they don't have enough staff. How can they do it. Staff good but lousy management .I am as of now am going to other companies

    Had an appt back in October and was told I need to have cataract operation and it will be done privately within a few weeks. It's nearly April 2023 and still waiting! Opted online not to pay for a £10 specific eye check when I made the appt but they did a test which I thought was normal and asked me to pay £10. I refused and then they said ok, does not matter. Don't think they bothered about my cataract after that.

    Thank you to the lovely lady who replaced a screw for me.I went to another opticians close by and they wouldn't help as the glasses weren't bought there. Specsavers helped and even though I said how much, wouldn't let me pay. Thank you!

    Probably the worst branch I have been to. I turned up at 9am on a Saturday for my 9.05 contact lens test and nobody unlocked the door for about 5 minutes as they were having a staff meeting. Then I was told that the test couldn't go ahead as I hadn't been wearing my lenses for an hour beforehand... Nobody had told me that this was necessary. What a waste of my time. Avoid

    I’m usually happy with this branch and their service but lately it’s been absolutely impossible to get in touch with the through phone. I have been trying to call them to order contact lenses for the past week since I’m traveling soon and need them quite urgently, but there is no one to PICK UP THE PHONE! How busy can they be not to answer the phone properly for a week straight! This has happened before and it’s just terrible

    They had a free voucher for eye test, I got it via post. A member of staff called me to confirm my appointment. It turns out it was not free, it was £30 so I asked her to cancel my appointment. It is not the way to attract customers.
