I can't seem to see as well as i thought i would, but i suppose you can't work miracled. Thought they were expensive considering that i had one pair reglazed and had to buy sunglasses to get the deal. Also i was not offered a prescription which i feel you should be as they like to see it at the hospital. Staff were pleasant and efeciant.

A better experience here than previous times. Attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere. The only downside (beyond this one shop's control) very high prices and a 3 week waiting time to get my glasses. You are also not given your prescription, which is common in all other high street opticians in my experience, do I can't even order a quick pair online for the time being... Other than that, very good.

I was helped out with an eventual diagnosis of having had a TIA mini stroke. During the evaluation of all this I also found out that my previous Optician had prescribed me the wrong Glasses, so Specsavers also managed to fix 2 problems inside a single viewing, being fitted for Bi-focal glasses allowed me to both fix the previous opticians mistake, and finally alleviate the skull-splitting headaches I had regularly been getting And all this was done with very helpful information and friendly staff. This is why I have given my 5 🌟 rating.
